How long does setup take?+
Most properties are live within 15 minutes. Our onboarding wizard guides you through adding your rooms, rates, and connecting your first OTA channel.
Do I need to charge GST?+
Only if you are GST-registered. StayDesk has a toggle in settings — many small resorts and homestays under ₹20 lakh annual turnover are GST-exempt.
Which OTAs do you support?+
You can tag bookings from any channel — Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Airbnb and more — for reporting. Live two-way OTA sync is on our roadmap; today StayDesk's strength is your own commission-free direct booking page.
What happens after the 30-day trial?+
Your account becomes read-only — data is preserved but no new bookings. Subscribe anytime to reactivate.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We run daily automated backups and our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud servers in India.
