Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using StayDesk. They govern your use of our platform and form a legal agreement between you and StayDesk.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a StayDesk account or using the StayDesk platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the property owner or authorized user) and StayDesk, operated by Reboot Resorts, Chirala, Andhra Pradesh, India.

2. The Service

StayDesk provides a cloud-based resort management platform including reservation management, OTA channel synchronization, billing and invoicing, housekeeping management, and reporting tools. We reserve the right to add, change, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a StayDesk account. By signing up, you confirm that you are authorized to operate the property associated with the account and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features in the selected plan. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, your account will become read-only — your data is preserved but no new reservations can be created. You can subscribe at any time to restore full access.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are as listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Founding member pricing is locked for the lifetime of the account. Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway; StayDesk does not store card details.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months unless required by law. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into StayDesk, including guest data, reservation records, and invoices. You can export your data at any time from your dashboard. Upon account closure, data is retained for 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StayDesk to: - Store fraudulent, illegal, or discriminatory guest records - Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform - Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons - Use the platform in a way that violates applicable Indian law Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

9. OTA Integrations

StayDesk connects to third-party OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.) via their APIs. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or data discrepancies caused by those platforms. You remain responsible for maintaining your OTA accounts and complying with their own terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

StayDesk is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data integrity, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayDesk's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
