Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when subscribing to StayDesk. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one. If you have any questions, please email us at sales@staydesk.co.in — we are always happy to help.

Try before you pay

StayDesk offers a full 30-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to thoroughly test the platform during this period. Subscribing only when you are satisfied reduces the need for refunds.

When refunds are available

You subscribed but have not used the platform (no reservations created, no OTAs connected) within the first 7 days of your paid subscription.

You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error on our side.

A feature critical to your use case stopped working due to a bug and was not fixed within 14 days despite our commitment to do so.

You were charged after cancelling your subscription, due to a processing error.

When refunds are not available

You changed your mind after using the platform during the billing period.

You forgot to cancel before the next billing date.

You no longer need the software due to a change in your business (e.g., closing the property).

You subscribed to the wrong plan — but contact us and we will switch your plan and adjust billing fairly.

Partial months — we do not pro-rate refunds for unused days in a billing period, except in the cases listed above.

How to request a refund

Email sales@staydesk.co.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The billing date and amount you were charged
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
