StayDesk was born out of frustration — managing a resort across Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and Agoda while handling walk-ins and GST invoicing was chaos. We built the tool we wished existed.
Reboot Resorts, our sister property in Chirala, Andhra Pradesh, was running on spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. Every OTA had its own calendar. Double bookings happened. GST invoices were done manually. Staff had no single place to check what was happening for the day.
We tried every hotel management software we could find — most were built for large city hotels, required days of training, and cost more than our off-season monthly revenue. So in 2024, we started building StayDesk specifically for small and mid-sized Indian resorts and guest houses.
