What is resort billing software?+

Does StayDesk handle GST invoicing automatically?+

Yes. StayDesk applies the correct GST slab (0% for tariffs up to ₹1,000, 5% up to ₹7,500, 18% above ₹7,500) automatically on every invoice. You can also switch GST off for small properties not registered under GST.

Can I bill for restaurant, store, and other charges?+

Yes. StayDesk has a built-in POS and store module. Add food, beverages or sundry charges directly to the guest's folio so everything settles in one bill at checkout.

Does it support UPI and online payments?+

Yes. StayDesk integrates with Razorpay — you can accept UPI, credit/debit cards and net-banking. You can also send a payment link over WhatsApp to collect advance payments or deposits before the guest arrives.

How are OTA bookings (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip) handled in billing?+

OTA bookings sync to StayDesk via the channel manager. In billing you can mark them as 'collect from OTA' or 'collect from guest' — and the reports separate OTA commission from net revenue so reconciliation is clear.

Can I print or email invoices to guests?+

Yes. Every invoice can be downloaded as a PDF, printed at the front desk, or emailed directly to the guest. The invoice is branded with your property name, address, GSTIN and logo.
